me, cynical? never!

Recently, our esteemed leader and his treasurer, have been engaged in a tussle over leadership. It all started when Costello told of a meeting that happened 12 years ago in which Abbott Little Johnny apparently stated he would only stay on as leader for one and half terms. It's no secret that Costello has been biding his time and WANTS the leadership...it's all very sad, and I don't know why they can't just decide this the good old fashioned way - toss a coin or play rock, paper, scissors. Best of three. Problem solved.

I for one, am not really buying any of it. Isn't the timing just PERFECT? I mean, two weeks ago, half the countries workforce went out on strike in protest over the new IR laws. Now, the only thing being talked about is some discussion that happened before these guys were even in power! I must say, it's all a little coincidental for my liking. Nothing like a internal party spat to take coverage off the REAL issues hey?

Just one question though. Who is running the country while you guys are squabbling like 2 kids in the playground over who's IT for kiss chasey?
